EMBRACE magazine is our big hug to all the caregivers — the mums, dads, grandparents, aunts, uncles and role models. We come with no judgment or pressure to do more — just a vibrant collection of uplifting views and practical, science-backed advice on nurturing our children and embracing our own bodies.

Getting in early to build better body image means the potential to prevent lifelong concerns such as eating disorders, depression and anxiety — leading to better health and wellbeing for our loved ones.

Led by Taryn Brumfitt, the 2023 Australian of the Year, and body image expert Dr Zali Yager, along with a diverse global team, we’re committed to reaching one million Australian children annually with these life-changing messages.

Together, we’re shaping a future where everyone can flourish.
